So, once your site is live, what happens when you want to update content? If you don’t have the expertise yourself, we can provide a service that can solve this problem. We offer an annual service agreement for maintaining and updating your website. Primarily, you will want to change your site content. In consultation with you, we will implement up to 12 site content change requests over the year. Typically each request will be to either change or add new text, images or menu items. When considering content changes, we are always on hand to offer technical advice on the changes you are planning to make. In addition, we will collate and supply detailed daily site statistics, reporting to a named contact of your choice. These can be used to influence your business and marketing strategy based on how your customers interact with your site. Contact Us for further details. What’s not covered? This is a maintenance service designed to update your site content. We will not undertake any significant redesign requests as part of this agreement. If you do feel a redesign service is necessary, we would be happy to complete this work for a competitive fee.
